Hi, I’m Sandra, a Nutritionist with a Middle Eastern background.

Let me introduce you to my OLD self...

As a child and teenager, I used to suffer from asthma, eczema and hay fever. 

My diet was very unhealthy. I used to eat packets of lollies, chips and chocolate in one sitting and go back for more.

My constant trip to the corner shop had a rainbow of snacks to select and devour. 

My favourite part of comfort food was opening a shiny packet of chips like I was opening up a wrapped present 

I was hungry ALL THE TIME…

Rather than productivity and hard work I would graze on food.

I’ve always had bloating for as long as I can remember. Constant snacking and late night food binging was eating me up from the inside out. It affected my sleep, health and daily routine.

I didn’t know how to break free from this destructive eating habit and I didn’t look forward to the evenings as my unhealthy habits got worse.

I deceived myself thinking that food would solve my emotional problems. In fact, it never did and it never will. I finally confessed my sin of gluttony and worked on my inner self where the real issue lied. 


Now let me introduce you to my NEW self…

I no longer suffer any symptoms of allergies. I’m completely healed from those health issues I once thought were impossible to fix.

I feel more youthful, energised and productive and I’m able to deep focus without allowing food to distract me.

Food craves and sugar addictions are diminished and my health is restored.
