3-Ingredient Healthy Ice Cream Recipe (dairy free and sugar free)

Delicious Raspberry ice cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 200ml coconut cream (preferably long life bottle over canned version)

Serves 4

Methods:

  1. Blend the above ingredients into a smoothie blender.

  2. Pour the ice cream into ice cream popsicle molds.

  3. Freeze for at least 5 hours. Will last up to 3 months refrigerated.
