Delicious Raspberry ice cream
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries
3 Medjool dates, pitted
200ml coconut cream (preferably long life bottle over canned version)
Serves 4
Methods:
Blend the above ingredients into a smoothie blender.
Pour the ice cream into ice cream popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 5 hours. Will last up to 3 months refrigerated.
